   SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through USPS or UPS depending on package size.

$6.00 Flat Rate Shipping.

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Excluding weekends and Holidays.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to the email the customer provides at checkout. Please check your email for tracking of your package, that is your responsibility. You can also track your package at www.usps.com or www.ups.com using the tracking number emailed to you.

If an order is shipped from The Punchy Palomino to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping the package.  The Punchy Palomino will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer.  The Punchy Palomino will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages if this occurs.

Once a package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged.  The Punchy Palomino will not be held responsible. Detailed tracking is provided by email and it is your  responsibility to keep up with tracking details for delivery of your package. Please have someone available for pickup when your package is delivered. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please check with your local post office about submitting a claim through USPS or even your local law enforcement. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 20 days from the delivery confirmation date. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service such as USPS when shipping back a return. Once you are provided a tracking number you are to email us the tracking number.  The Punchy Palomino is not responsible for lost packages when customer ships back a return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on orders and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.     

Items discounted in a SALE Section or during a Sale Promotion are FINAL SALE.

For hygenic purposes caps or hats, hair accessories, and earrings are FINAL SALES and CANNOT be accepted as returns.

All items must be returned in their original NEW condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but not limited to the following: unworn, unwashed, odor free from perfumes, scents or cigarette smoke, pet hair free, must not have deodorant, makeup, or food stains, and tags must still be attached.

If item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the item back to you.   

Refund Type: We do not offer refunds.  Original shipping costs are not refunded either.  Store credit will be issued to the customer account.  We do NOT offer exchanges.  Store credit will be issued and is valid for one year from issue date.

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defected item you must notify us by facebook message within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of  the delivery confirmation date.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order is placed, orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout.  We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible.  You are welcome to return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the item(s) you are returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with following information:

Name, Email, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include this information with your return, it will delay the process.
